Bernie and his team did a phenomenal job trimming 4 large trees around power lines, removing a cluster of trees, and removing a smaller tree from my yard. They went as far as to clean up some other trees and take care of branches hanging into the neighbor's yard without additional charge. The yard was left in perfect condition and the crew was respectful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Ultimate for their timeliness, high quality, and overall customer service.

There were heavy winds earlier in the week. I called multiple tree services because I needed the limbs removed and too large for city pick-up. Came down on fence and I have a dog. Ultimate didn't call me back, but when I left a quick note on Facebook that they did not return calls. Within an hour, they posted I'm a fake review from an animal activist. That's why I'm here - I mentioned I have a dog when I left my message. Call back to say 'don't call us, we don't work at homes with dogs'. I know it wasn't in Howell. I know it wasn't a big job. That's why I called around because there was a lot of wind that day.

On Monday, June 17, 2019 I contacted Bernie at Ultimate Tree Service to advise him that I had a large tree tangled in cable wires leaning towards the street. On Thursday, June 20, Bernie gave me a very reasonable estimate for the removal of the tree. On Saturday, June 22, 2019 Bernie and his crew removed the tree. Bernie did not charge me for the removal of old storm damaged logs and branches that were on my property. Bernie and his crew are professional and “ultimately” get the job done! I strongly recommend Ultimate Tree Service; they are truly an excellent tree service!

On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, Ultimate Tree Service expertly removed 4 trees on my property. Bernie and his crew flush cut the stumps and removed all wood and branches from the property. Bernie is professional to work with and his contracted price was Extremely Reasonable! I highly recommend Ultimate Tree Service!

Since Ultimate Tree Service of Howell deleted my review on their page, I’ll share this here. This is what they did to my lawn while removing trees from my neighbor’s property. Apparently they think I have no right to be annoyed that they used and damaged my lawn without my permission. There are brown spots and burn marks from their equipment and gas cans, drag marks from the trees they dragged across my lawn to the their chipper. Maybe I am from a different generation, but I was taught to respect other people’s space.

I enjoyed dealing with Bernie. He was very responsive in surveying the job and giving an estimate. He started an hour late but that was due to rain, and he called to let me know. He brought a large crew and made quick work of the job. He stayed onsite for the duration. For each tree, he discussed with me exactly what the plan was, so there would be no surprises. He threw in a small stump grind for free. The cleanup was thorough. Overall very satisfied.

Since 100 year old house and trees are situated right on corner of busy intersection, safety was an issue. Bernie and his crew did the job safely, quickly, and cleaned up as they went along. Price estimated was price paid. I would recommend Ultimate Tree Service for any job-large or small!!

Ultimate Tree Service was terrific! Bernie came for a quote as soon as I called. He was extremely nice, professional, educated me on my tree situation, and came back a few days later to get the job done. He did an amazing job and my trees look beautiful. So good that a neighbor stopped by and wanted her trees to look the same way. I recommend him to everyone. We will always use Ultimate Tree Service in the future. Thanks again Bernie!!!

Bernie and his team were punctual, neat, professional and fairly priced. I tell anyone who will listen that Ultimate Tree Service is the best contractor you will ever use.

Within two days of contact, Bernie came to our house and provided a thorough and reasonable estimate. Simply put, he's an engaging and nice guy who we felt comfortable giving our business. We also liked the fact that he's on site as the foreman and doing some of the actual work. He and his crew of four showed up promptly at 8:30. To make sure everything was to be done correctly, we did another walk through before his crew started to work. Everything was done to our satisfaction. I don't write these reviews lightly. You are in good hands with Bernie and Ultimate Tree Service.

They were fine.  No problems.  They called me that day or the next day.  They came out within a couple days, we both had to pick a day and time where we could both meet.  Nothing wrong with it, I just didn't have enough cash to do what he wanted to do.

Bernie and his team at Ultimate Tree Service completely exceeded my expectations. First Bernie was out to survey our trees and give provide us a quote. He left a thoroughly and detail estimate with a great price. He was hired. They arrived early and worked quickly while cleaning up the entire time. Bernie was present throughout making sure the operations went smoothly. They arrived with bucket trucks, a mulching truck, and a truck with the stump grinder. They safely removed the trees while ensuring no damage to any property. I cannot believe how great a job they did and how amazing my property looks. Do not look anywhere else for a tree service - this is the best in the business.

Bernie and his crew did an excellent job! He initially came by and provided me with an estimate. Bernie always returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and showed up on time on the date of the appointment. Very professional operation. Would highly recommend and use again.

I  was happy with Ultimate Tree service and would definitely use them again.  They showed up when they said they would and went right to work.We had two trees that fell on the fence during a storm.  Not only did he remove these two trees, he said he would take down two smaller trees at no charge because they were very close to the trees that fell and if we have another storm these trees would go over also.  I didn't want them to discard the trees behind the chain link fence,but  I wasn't outside supervising them so it was my fault when I found they put the cut trees behind the fence.  He made up for it by cutting down the other two trees and not charging me.

All went well and smoothly.   Trees were in proximity to power lines and there was a septic field beneath.  Ultimate took care to avoid damage to the septic field and power lines.  They kept heavy equipment off of the septic field.  The property was left in clean and excellent condition.  No Problems! All debris were removed.  Ultimate's work took one day.  Communications were great!   Great Professionalism! Nice Job! They were well worth the price! 

Bernie and his team were great. From the estimate to the end of the job Bernie and his team were very professional. They arrived on time. They didn't disturb the surrounding areas and cleaned up and leveled out the area before they left. They ground the stumps completely down. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Price was excellent too!

Bernie and his crew showed up on time and ready to work.  Everything was done exactly as we discussed.  All debris was removed by the tree service.  There was absolutely no cleanup to be done by us.  We highly recommend Ultimate Tree Service and would use them again.

Bernie and his crew could not have been more professional!  They were very  accommodating and helped us meet our approaching deadlines for the pool install.  We could not have been more thankful for their prompt, courteous and professional service.  I would highly recommend Ultimate Tree Service  and would not hesitate to use them again in the future if necessary.
