U-NEED-A-PAINTING INC

I have made numerous calls leaving my name and number and still haven't heard back. Every time I call it goes to voice mail making me feel like they are avoiding me. If they didn't want the job they should have let me know.

Did not remove light fixtures from walls or door knobs from doors prior to painting. Painted around everything. They were very fast which led me to wonder if the primer was given ample time to set before applying the topcoat. I specified satin finish for the trim and doors. When they were finished and I mentioned that the doors felt very rough, I was told that was because it was not completely dry. Afterwards when I looked at the paint can they left, I discovered they used eggshell finish and not satin finish. Had to call them back to open a window painted shut and asked about the finish being wrong on the paint. Told he was not the person to talk with. Told someone else would get back to me. They didn't. Called and left a message. No response.
