"He had 160 feet of cracks, some opened up after this past winter. Normal for NJ winters. If you need a new driveway, you need a new driveway. I just sealcoat what you have. Cracks can be filled but they will not disappear or go away, but most likely worsen over time. Sealcoat yearly if you are trying to put off replacing driveway."
Frank did a nice, neat job. He arrived promptly; I did call for an estimate, not to have the work done the same day. The price was so reasonable; I decided to have him seal the driveway. The work was done in no time. The seal coating looks like it is on heavy and the cracks he filled look good, a quality job. Frank was Professional, friendly and easy to work with.
I would definitely recommend The Seal Coat Man to anybody. I plan to use him again in the future.
He did an excellent job. Clean & neat edge work, not one mark on my walkway, even the boss (Wife) was happy! Though I did have to call twice before I got a call back, probably because everyone is trying to get their driveways done before the winter came just like me, LAST MINUTE. He did call me back and got it done when he said he would. I would definitely recommend The Seal Coat to anybody.
Vefore Franke had arrived on the day that the work was supposed ot be done, I had cleaned up the driveway and noticed that there was damage that was filled in by dirt. The dirt was removed to reveal the triangle-shaped crevice which was about a foot in diameter.
Frank was able to apply a filler to the crevice and filled the seam that lead into it as well. He took great care to get the right consistency in the filler material so it could be applied and smoothed out. He also provided me with a small tub worth of extra filler in case it was needed as the filler tends to contract when drying (very little extra filler needed - after 5 days the filler material remained mostly as it was first applied.
The work on the damage accounted for an additional $50 onto the final bill of $226, which again is fine as it was discovered after the estimate was made.
The Seal Coat Man is now in my annual rotation of people to call for standard maintenance on my home.
my driveway, His price was reasonable as well. I would definitely use
him again.
