and beyond all of the stuff listed below they are now trying to bully me into changing a 1 star review on Google by posting false and defamatory comments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had used them 2 previous times and had great experiences to the point that I bought a service contract with them last month(July 5th 2023). Had a man Eddy come out today who didn't even look at my unit inside before starting to say it needed to be replaced and was quoting different prices from the freon and for the test to check for a leak (as well as what was the process entailed etc) when I asked why there was such a difference between what was said one month ago and today (August 8th 2023). He then raised his voice and said that I could go somewhere else to have it done that he's done the job for over 30 years. When I said I still wanted the estimate he proceeded to start yelling I could go elsewhere as he picked up his things and stormed out of my back yard I started to dial the office the woman answered the phone and then put me on hold to what I can only imagine was for the service man as he was on the phone and was staring directly at me screaming that no one else should be sent here. He then peeled off with his tires literally squeeling as he left from in front of my house. When on the phone with the receptionist she informed me that they wouldn't be sending anyone else out and would not let me speak to a different manager or the owner then tried telling me that I didn't have bad service. It wasn't until I said I would be leaving reviews and contacting the BBB that she suddenly would be able to send someone out tomorrow and that this would be talked about in a meeting tomorrow as well as the service contract being refunded. I would not recommend this company to anyone after today's encounter and seeing how they think a "manager" screaming at a customer is okay because she asked a question.

They had to come back because of warranty. We had another problem and the damper broke; however, they asked us to pay for it. When they were here repairing their mistake on the unit they installed, we think they broke it and then asked us to pay for their mistake. We are still under warranty with them, but we had to pay additional money to have another company fix the damper. They made a mistake about the warranty and said we had 5 years warranty and 10 year parts warranty. We called the company and the only way to get the parts warranty is if Royal Air sent in the card, which they didn't. We didn't hire them again, because we weren't paying more money to them. We wanted to use another company. It was a damp and then they suggested to get another return air and I asked why didn't they do that when they installed the unit. The work should have been free. I would never trust them to do work for me again ever again. For their quality, their overall rudeness, their responsiveness, their getting back to you a and overall competance is an F. They are terrible. They ended up having to do their job. The way they did the unit in the basement was illegal and not to code. We had a company come in and I looked at I think they should be off the list, they are terrible. I don't think they should be in business. I would not use them for anything.

I do not recommend them. We used them in August 2014, but they have been back several times, their work was really bad. We really got taken advantage of. They had to come back for a lot of service. Their employees are very rude, they're ignorant, they're very stupid. They installed the unit on our second floor. We have three zones and they worked on zone 2 and 3. They actually installed the unit in zone 2. they could have a nicer attitude; I can't really put into words they are just horrible. A lot of times they said they had to charge us, but this is a brand new system. They let us wait a long time to get back to us. We had problems with the air conditioning and had days without air conditioning after they installed it. We would not use them again, we are still hurting because of them. We had to hire another company and pay more to do repairs.

I have been a customer of Royal Air for 8+ years and have been very impressed with the entire experience. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, clean and sell only what is needed and don't try to upsell or push something that is not needed. Not many "honest" contractors remain out there.

Excellent work.  I am very pleased with Royal Air.  They kept our old heating system running as long as it could go and when it needed replacement (emergency service three winters ago) they got us a replacement system over a holiday weekend and restored our heat quickly.  They're honest.  They're capable and informative.
