I wrote the evaluation on April 13, 2011 and have regretted it ever since as their fees went way up and their service went way down.  I was going to fire them this year but my landscaper talked me into meeting with them and giving them another chance.  I'm sorry I did as I've spent most of the last two weekends trying to kill weeds that have over-run our property.  And to make matters worse, one of their guys backed up and hit one of our lamp posts.  A couple months have gone by and they still haven't fixed it, they keep telling me they are "waiting for insurance reimbursement".
My advice to all members of Angie's List is to STAY AWAY!

They come and treatment the lawn for every couple of weeks. They charge around $1200 for a year. They are very much interested in getting back to me. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. I would use their service in the future too.

Rich Green Lawns has done a fantastic job so far. I have been impressed by every interaction with them. I called 3 different lawn companies one evening and left messages requesting service estimates. Rich Green Lawns called me back the next day and sent out two guys the day after to provide an estimate. The specialists were knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. Their prices are also reasonable. Since I have hired them to do the work, they have been to my home twice and continue to provide great service, and my lawn is looking better already.

He does good over all work. We have not had to replace anything since he has started treating our lawn and shrubs. He can diagnose and analyze anything.
