The deck was wonderfully installed. They also put in fencing around the perimeter around the backyard so the dogs could go outside. We did have a problem with the gate but as soon as the provider was notified he came back right away to fix the problem. Every time the company came to do work there was never debris left behind. Except for one time the company did leave debris behind, there were pieces of wood left, concrete from removing the steps, and a tarp that had things left in it where multiple trips had to be made to empty it. He did apologize for the debris that was left behind. We were also having a problem with water entering the basement from one specific site which was directly under the deck after the provider had came and removed our old porch on the house. My daughter had then crawled under the new deck that was built saw a piece of stucco had fallen off of the home, and found the source of the leaking and filled the hole in. We then notified the provider, and he came and installed a barrier which took care of the problem. I am now employing him for other projects because of the fact that he was quick to respond and re mediate the issues that we had.

This is the second year that we have used Revolution Property Maintenance for snow removal. Andrew and his team are great - very dependable and professional. Andrew worked with us to design a contract that fit our needs - we wanted a flat rate for snow removal for the season (snow or no snow). Ever since the first snowfall last year, we have been very pleased with the service. We're in our second year using them for snow removal and now other family members in the area are using them as well! We highly recommend Revolution Property Maintenance.

Our initial interactions were quite good. Andrew and his employees are all nice guys and when I was there, were working hard. Over time, I realized that what had been promised and what was actually done were not the same things. It could be a matter of perspective, but the standard landscaping answer of "it will take 2-3 years for that to grow in" is not acceptable when spending almost $10,000 on a project. There are entire areas that were not completed such as the edges of a hill where it wasn't smoothed out, planted with the ivy noted or even addressed. In addition, the ivy planted is nowhere near enough to grow in within 3 years. I will have to either plant at least the same amount again next year to have the hillside fill out and stabilized. They left two half pallets of leftover pavers sitting in my driveway, which they were supposed to have had picked up and credit returned to me. The yard was to have been leveled off, which was not done and the "grass" they planted turned out to be mostly weed and that is no exaggeration as I have pictures to prove it. All in all, I am very unhappy with the results after the amount of money spent and would have to recommend that if anyone uses this company, spell out EXACTLY what you want in your contract. If that requires the addition of photographs to show what you need, then add them so that you don't end up paying for substandard work. As I mentioned, the guys are all nice guys, but that doesn't take away the pain of overspending for what you receive.

He is very personable, they were very neat, very fast only took 2 days. Very pristine. and then only took two days to add.

The initial couple of visits to our home went well. Work was being done quickly and correctly. After doing the paver work however, he never came back and did not respond to my numerous emails/phone calls. I then had my wife call his cell phone since he didn't have that number and he miraculously picked up. He said he would be by in a week to complete the work but that was about a month ago and has not come back. He also does not answer her phone calls anymore either. He did not finish the work he was contracted for and even damaged some of our sprinklers when he did the paver work and stump removals which we didn't notice until it was time for us to turn on the sprinklers for the first time this year. This is all quire surprising since we used Andrew last year to do a big yard clean out project and we wanted to nominate him then for the page of happiness. I will update my review if he ever comes back to finish the work but for now, I will definitely not be using him again.

They are going to do that for the whole season. They got problems with the weather in terms of doing it in a regular basis, but that is not their fault. They did a fine work. I have no problems with them at all. The quality of their work has been good. The price is fair. When they were delayed with the weather, they stayed in touch by e-mail. Their professionalism is excellent.

The first day we had 4 guys working nonstop to start planting. The next 3 times they came out we had 2 guys working to continue planting and clearing out debri. The final day we had 4 guys to knock out the mulching and trimming. At the end of each day the guys would talk me through everything they did that day. They were very professional and pleasant. They were very easy to work with.

original offer was for 6 hours but actually was 2 workers for 3 hours .

Everything went very well. Young startup but very professional, courteous and respectful. Great communication and punctual. We'll definitely hire again.

They did an excellent job outside. They were very good. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were very courteous. We didn’t have any issues with them whatsoever. When they were done with the painting, they cleaned up everything. There was nothing left behind. They vacuumed. They moved all furniture back into position. So there was nothing that we had to do when they left. It was a big deal purchase.

When I hire a service company, I have certain expectations: a fair price, on-time start and completion, pride in one's work and the leaving me with the decision to use the company again--not to mention also recommending them to neighbors and friends. ... Revolution Property Maintenance delivered on all my expectations. Moreover, Andrew, the owner of the company, kept me informed and personally came out to the completed job site to see if the completed job met with his approval.. I have more work for him to do, but it will have to wait until I get some extra $$$.

Andrew went up and above in many ways to complete the job - I know my yard and the challenge it has been throughout the years - this is the first time that I have not done the work myself. Andrew was very understanding of the personal touches that we like to have done and completed his job within 3 days. (would take me two weeks +) Andrew is very easy to talk to with no BS - his company does more than just land scaping and yard work and look forward to working with him in the future on other projects - when he has the time - Good Job! Note - although Angie's list list has Revolution as excepting certain credit cards - Revolution will charge you a 5% processing fee - so we paid buy check

The pavers between my pool patio and my house were not properly installed by the previous homeowner, and they were sloped towards the house instead of away from it, causing water to leak into the basement during heavy rainstorms. I hired Andrew and his crew to remove them, change the grading, and re-install them properly. He also had to remove everything from my pool shed, and move that out of his way so he could access underneath. Andrew and his crew did an excellent job and the pavers now slope away from my house, and the shed was re-filled with my pool gear and re-installed. The only thing that happened was my landscape lights around the pool stopped working, but he came back for no charge and fixed the wire that had loosened when he moved the shed, correcting that problem. Overall, I am very happy with the work Andrew and crew provided, I continue to use his lawn, snow, and holiday light service, and I would definitely hire him again for this type of paver work!

We had a small flood in our basement and it ruined some of the "peel and stick" flooring we had in the bedroom down there. I had another contractor try to repair it, but the new flooring strips I bought were slightly wider than the old ones, and he just gave up. Andrew came up with the bright idea of laying down the new strips and using a razor knife to cut out some of the existing strips to get the new ones to fit (the other guy was trying to trim the new strips and wasn't successful in doing that). Bottom line - the floor looks brand new again, and Andrew did a great job!!

I cannot provide first-hand information, as I am located a fair distance from my mother's home and engaged this provider by phone. But my mother's reports on his performance were uniformly glowing.

This contractor called to schedule a time for their service, and asked for a general description of the work to be done which insured they would have the right equipment to do the job. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and date and thoroughly did all the work we were expecting. Excellent communication. No hassles or gotcha's. Would recommend they without hesitation.

Great communication to schedule an appointment that had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Andrew is a hard worker and is pleasant to deal with. He does a great job on a variety of tasks. A +++ in my book. I will definitely hire Revolution Property Maintenance Again.
