REED'S HEATING & COOLING

I received a call from my father in law on 2/1/19 telling me our house was 55 degrees. I was in the process of moving in. He was already living there, thankfully. It was about 10 degrees outside. My 10 month old daughter was on the tail end of the stomach bug and I had just started coming down with it the night of the 31st. So after being up all night vomiting and feeling dizzy, I got my daughter up and dressed and we made our way to the house. After unsuccessful attempts at trouble shooting, I went on my town's residents page asking for referrals. This was one of the first ones. I called and they were at my house within the hour. They had a full inspection, went to retrieve the part, installed it, filter replaced and unit serviced within a couple of hours. I was afraid of it taking all day with how terrible I was feeling. They definitely made me a happy camper. Thank you so much!

The crew arrived about 8:00 am, 20 minutes before the scheduled time and went straight to work. They were effective, efficient, and neat. About midway thru the job the company owner, Frank, stopped by to say hi and check on the guys. Around noon I went to check on what time they took lunch break. Well... they already had that covered. In order not to stop progress they took a rotating lunch breaks. What a pleasant surprise!!! Around 4:00, the guys were done. I was shown how to work the new thermostat, and offered to inspect the job. All trash and excess material was gone. Everything went perfect!

Went extremely well. Very prompt. Can't remember exact date or price since it was from last winter, but Angie's list keeps bugging me for service reviews.

Overall we were very happy with te work done.
