I called Quick Solutions PCS and left a message regarding problems with my computer.  Anthony returned my call a few hrs. later and an appt. was set for the next day.  Anthony arrived on time.  He was very personable and professional.  He observed the problems I was having with not being able to connect at times to the internet at times and not being able to open apps, and the amount of time it took to do anything.  He took the computer with him to run various tests from his location.  He called the next day and suggested that I have Windows 7 installed and get rid of Vista, as other techs. had advised in the past.  Once this was done, my computer was returned to me, and to date all is fine.

Service was excellent. They called a half hour before they showed up. They knew exactly what they were doing, did not have to call anyone with questions. We have not had any problems since. A++ service, we would recommend them to anybody!
