+ 1 moreWe are a small business in the process of opening our first doggie daycare in Astoria, NY. We Hired Frank to help us install and connect our camera system that our clients can view there loved one once they join our location. The work consisted of installing 8 HD cameras and giving them the ability to work over the internet via an app . Frank was very knowledgeable And fast as he had to prep all the CAT5E cables which connect to each camera as they were not currently terminated. The store actually made a mistake when I purchased the camera kit as I purchased two additional cameras that were supposed to be compatible but the store gave me the wrong ones and at first we had a problem connecting them to the NVR but frank was able to troubleshoot the issue fairly quick. Overall great experience! I highly recommend Frank and his company to anyone who is looking for camera and or IT support. Frank also handles a wide rang of hardware and software , feel free to inquire if your looking to work with a great guy!
