Dave and Nova Heating and Air Conditioning were just wonderful. After a power surge into my house on a Holiday Weekend, Dave bent over backwards to get us a new furnace within a day for a VERY fair price. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My husband is a retired engineer and knows all systems in the house. He is very particular about workmanship and knowledgeable contractors and was extremely impressed with owner Dave's knowledge and system recommendations for our home. He explained why he selected the furnace and air conditioner he did and my husband agreed. Dave was prompt, polite and was on the job to supervise his very capable workers. The entire job took a day and a half and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. All work was carefully done. We were so happy with the experience that he is currently installing two boilers for our son's home in Red Bank. Again he is doing a top job and my son is extremely happy. Old school workmanship and service. The office staff could not have been nicer.

Dave (Owner) came & gave free consult which was explained in detail and also left a written estimate for follow up. We got 3 estimates prior to selecting Nova. The entire staff is very professional, prompt & courteous. Permits were applied for in timely manner, and they called to remind us to schedule town inspection. All rebates were submitted & satisfied promptly. Workers were polite, professional & cleaned up & took all debris/units away. Price was comparable but their service & prompt response in returning calls won us over. We highly recommend them for these reasons.

They did a very good job with the installation.

We are very happy with it. They did a very good job. Everything worked beautifully until the coil. I give them the call, and they put a brand new aluminum coil in the unit.  This job was expensive. I am suppose to get a rebate from the manufacture.

The service is excellent.  The staff is very nice.  They were prompt.  I will complain if they weren't here when I was expecting them.  I have no complains in everything that they did.  The clean up was good.

Installation went very well. failed inspection for electrical box but, company responded.right away and problem was fixed in ten minutes. furnace and AC work fine.

The owner Dave came for the quote and was also on site for the entire installation. He had two other workers with him who were both very courteous and professional. They arrived when they said they would be there and spent the entire day. I thought they went above and beyond with what I expected. I have horror stories about other contractors as I'm sure many have, but I highly recommend Nova and would not hesitate to use them again.

The entire project went very smooth from start to finish. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. Inspector even commented on the quality of the installation.

I don't remember how much they charged me for their services but I felt that it was reasonable. I used to be a buyer and I did a thorough investigation. They were excellent. They were extremely professional and extremely clean. They were very clean. They came in and did their job. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They were very prompt. They were very courteous. Anytime I had a question, they were there. They were very respectful. They were very good. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
