I was extremely pleased with service Mike provided. He was punctional, professional and very

neat.

The experience went very well from the time I contacted mike till the time he did the work. I left a message and he called me back right away and set up a time to give me an estimate.He is an honest man who gives very fair pricing based on the job. I decided to hire him right away and we coordinated the work to be completed when my new washer and dryer would be delivered.

We contacted Lightwell and left a message about the issues we were having. We received a call back from Michael almost immediately and covered a lot of details over the phone. We were able to get an urgent appointment (our air conditioner had gone out). Michael came promptly (actually a little earlier than expected!) and took the time to carefully investigate the issue and answer all of my (ignorant) questions. He explained the diagnosis and my options, and then completed the agree upon work very efficiently. We have not had a problem since then.

We had Michael also take care of a couple of other electrical things around the house since he had already made the trip, and he handled those expertly as well.

All around we were very satisfied and while we hope we won't need any electrical work in the future, we'll be sure to contact Lightwell again if we do!
