Rich came over the day I called him because this was a HUGE beehive and we felt a potential danger. I was not at the property at the time so Rich called me and said he identified it as a honey bee nest and the bees were swarming over the queen. These bees are valuable and becoming more rare. Instead of killing them he recommended to call a beekeeper friend of his to remove them safely and for free. A few days later, that is exactly what happened and we were thrilled. While he was there I had him do the ant treatment inside the house with the special coupon he has on Angieslist. All in all, Rich is an upstanding and outstanding exterminator. He didn't hesitate to do the right thing and everyone was a winner as a result - including the bees!

on Angie's List, I finally decided to contact Liberty Pest Management Services located in Howell, New Jersey. When I called to make an appointment , I was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Paul Boisver, who asked me several questions and then took the time to speak with me regarding my concerns. We made the appointment for the next day at 1:00 pm and I explained to him that I had to be out of my house by 2:00 pm for a doctor's appointment. Knowing that I had to go to the doctor, he came early and inspected my attic. He resolved the problem, was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions.
I will definitely use him in the future for any pest/animal issues.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. I called on Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Friday. Paul was extremely professional and very informative on the phone and right off the bat I felt that I had chosen the right company. Paul was on time, efficient and very informative about the treatment. He actually charged less than what was quoted because he did not have to treat as much as we thought. When does that ever happen?? He set lots of traps so that I can monitor the house for pests and if I do see more he will come out and retreat. I will call Liberty in the future for all of my pest control issues and I highly recommend them.

I realize this might not be a big thing for some people, but I really liked that Paul took the time to say hello and talk to us when he came to our home. He was nice to our dogs and very friendly. When you are in a situation like that, your fear and desperation to get rid of the problem might cause some people to make poor decisions and go with someone who takes advantage of the situation. Paul was the complete opposite. If anything, my husband and I felt he undercharged us for the job because it ended up being so much worse than we originally thought. Considering the amount of time and effort Paul put into this job, I'm not sure he walked away making much of anything but he did walk away with a very grateful and satisfied customer. I highly recommend his company and will definitely be recommending him to my friends and neighbors in the future. Good service is hard to come by these days and Paul is definitely one of the good guys.
