Flooring
I was not very pleased with this company. When they put in the runner, they tacked it wrong to where the tack was showing and I told him that I didn't believe it was supposed to be showing. When I did say that, the gentleman in charge seemed to look at me funny like I had no idea what I was talking about. They removed the runner and wanted to put in a different one, but they did a horrible job getting all of the tacking off of the floor and just did not do a great job. They also did not center the runner right on the stairs.
