We survey our customers after each visit to ensure we have a finger on the pulse of customer satisfaction, and we take the survey feedback very seriously. We have made and continue to adjust our business process as a direct result of the feedback. In late August I had ITAK install two HVAC Central units. Several companies presented their proposals and ITAK was my clear choice. Paul Mitchell was the first point of contact. In his visit he did a heat load test to determine the requirements of the replacement units. Only one of my two units was down and we discussed the pros and cons of replacing one unit. We also discussed all the types of units available and the pros and cons of each. He left me reading materials and the offer to call him with any questions. After my study of the materials and of other available data I decided on ITAK and Paul’s recommendation. The crew of five took out and installed my new units in one day. They were meticulous in their work. Paul was also on the job just making sure everything goes well. After the installation I was taught how to use the digital thermostat and the WIFI interface. The system works wonderfully and our home has never been as comfortable. The home office personnel were also professional, as appointment times were confirmed, on the way calls etc... I highly recommend ITAK.
We were extremely satisfied and happy with the service that ITAK Heating and Cooling provided. We had contacted a total of three companies to do the work on our second floor central air unit at our home down the shore. ITAK and one other company did provide us with equal estimates and the third company, a local company from Manasquan never even bothered to send the estimated.
As soon as the technicians arrived they were ready to lay down tarps and had covers over their boots so that they would not track any dirt or debris onto our carpets or throughout the house. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
I would highly recommend ITAK.
I went with American Standard because they have the highest possible ratings for reliability in Consumer Reports. New system has worked flawlessly. Price was significantly higher than competing quote for a Goodman unit from a competitor, but I wanted the American Standard name with a factory authorized dealer due to the high reliability ratings.
