Furniture - Sales
I called them three times and emailed them 3 times. They kept on giving me the runaround saying they would call me back. And they ignored my emails. All I wanted was for them to pay for shipping for the returned chandelier. I would just take the correct one. I called my credit card company's Dispute Resolution Center and they suspended my payment. After 2 months of a waiting, the chandelier company "won", because in their very, very fine print, it says, if I sign for the delivery, then I have effectively accepted it. I accepted it based on the label on the outside of the box! Wow, very bad, borderline fraudulent conduct.
