+ -1 moreI called them three times and emailed them 3 times. They kept on giving me the runaround saying they would call me back. And they ignored my emails. All I wanted was for them to pay for shipping for the returned chandelier. I would just take the correct one. I called my credit card company's Dispute Resolution Center and they suspended my payment. After 2 months of a waiting, the chandelier company "won", because in their very, very fine print, it says, if I sign for the delivery, then I have effectively accepted it. I accepted it based on the label on the outside of the box! Wow, very bad, borderline fraudulent conduct.
Description of Work: I was intrigued by this company's many ads in top design magazines and their choice of chandeliers were amazing. I ordered a chandelier and it arrived fairly promptly. On the outside of the box label, was the correct chandelier (chandelier A) that I ordered. However, inside the box, the chandelier was a different one (chandelier B). On top of that, the smoking gun was there were instructions on how to assemble the chandelier that was based on the different one (chandelier B). So they completely mislabeled their product!
