I have used them in the past. They were quick and did a good job at our rental property. I asked them to clean and deodorize the carpets, they did that but I can still smell a little bit of the smoke smell. It didn't totally get rid of it. It was $181 to clean the carpet, two floors and stairs and then it was additional $75 for the deodorizer.
