Frank the owner/principal contractor did a fantastic job on both projects. Very conscientious, very skilled and went the extra mile to ensure a job done to our complete satisfaction. Frank does the framing/carpentry work and has is set of subcontractors for electric, plumbing, etc. We have recommended Exterior Renovations to many friends and everyone who used them has been happy.
One example of Frank's professionalism, during the kitchen renovation, he noticed that the existing tiles leading into the kitchen were cracked. This concerned him because of the way the tiles cracked. Doing some investigation he determined that the floor needed to be re-enforced underneath in the basement and included that work in the project. Another example, some friends used him to fix damage caused to their house by a falling tree. At the end of the project, Frank said the project did not cost as much as he originally estimated and reduced the total bill. Don't know many contractors who've done that.
