The woman manager was awful she took the dog at the time of drop off had us signed papers. while Mr. Gentile was talking to us she was giving her back to him roled her eyes she looked like she just wanted the money no explanation of what kind of trainingthey use , sign the papers and get out. She was unprofessional. We went back for pick up the same lady yelled at us for the training, used words in front of my kids saying " your dog bit me , these c kind of dogs if they bite people cops just put to sleep " and other horrible things aside from the fact she kept pulling on the dogs neck" what they call yerking" with that horrible abusive collar around my dogs neck. He kepts crying . We got home the dog was sick had to take him to vet another chunk of change to put out. They try to sell you stuff from there. THIS PEOPLE ARE AWFUL PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!

18 Years of Excellent service! We have two Great Danes that have been trained by the training center and they have been absolutely terrific. Our second Great Dane was a rescue who surely had some bad discipline and bathroom problems when we got her. After 2 weeks, our dog came back to us like a new dog! Pearl is great around small kids and other animals and listens to our commands years later. I have been so impressed with Dan's techniques that I have referred at least 10 clients to him with dogs from all types of breeds and backgrounds. Every one of those referrals have been more than impressed with the training and Dan's team. There is a reason why he has been successfully in business there for a generation.

They're very good. They were just very nice. They boarded him for two weeks and knows how to do everything like how to walk perfectly. He is a big dog. He is a Pitbull and most people are afraid of the Pitbull. They were excellent. The price was good.

We brought our unruly labrador to be trained in December 2012. It was just what we needed. She was great with the family but when we had visitors it was crazy. All 70 lbs of excitement would charge our guests. They gave us the tools to get her under control, in a controlled calm environment. She is still a work in progress, but it is much easier now that we've been trained how to direct her energies.
