Coffey Brothers Inc

I called them, & they told me that they would call me back the next day with an estimate & a date & time that they could send someone over.  They didnt call back, so I contacted a few others in the area.  I got ahold of a guy who was going to come over & fixit for me, but he said that he was very busy & would have to stop by the following night to look at it & give me an estimate.  The following day Coffey bros. got back to me & told me that they could get someone over to fix it that day.  So, i told them to send him over.  He showed up on time, and got the job done in less than 1/2 hour.  Nice guy, but most likely not here illegally.  Although that doesnt bother me, i know that it does others.
    All in all, I guess they did a good job. Probably overpaid for it, but that is due to the two hour minimum policy.  They charge for two hours no matter how long the job takes.  if it goes over, they charge more.

The job took one day.
The crew of Coffey Bros. employees ****NOT****, were a group of *****ECUADORIANS*****,what part of NORTH America
are they from ?  Of course they hardly spoke english, so trying to speak directly to them was not an option.  There was one
worker that spoke "poquito" english and Rob dealt with him.
I was royally p*****, if I didn't have a huge leak in my roof that I wanted fixed, Rob and his Coffey Bros. truck and the 
spanish sub-contractors would have been history.
I needed it done.
They ripped the roof off and re-roofed it w/ ice and water shield, they used Grace like I asked, but I guess he under estimated
because he had to use (just happens to be in his truck-lucky me)
two rolls of some generic brand ice and water shield that he "conveniently" had left over from another job in his truck. Right.

They got the roof on and I paid the guy.

I was finding nails and pieces of shingle on my property for months. After closer inspection and some time, I've noticed that
not a lot of care was taken to, as Mike Holmes would say "make it right", it was and still is sloppy work.
Does it leak, no (not yet, I hope not), but the flashing looks like crap, from a distance-it's a roof, it looks fine, it's even.
Up close, it's sloppy.
 There were a few stacks of shingles and some flashing left over, which since they didn't use them, I thought they were mine
since I paid for the materials. Nope.
Some one from the company came out and picked it all up the next morning.  
They didn't leave ONE spare shingle of a piece of flashing or drip edge.
Took every piece of material that was left over. ???????????

Would I recommend Coffey Bros. to anyone ?  No.  Not unless I didn't like them.
It's true, you get what you pay for.  I should have known better.
The guy talked a good game.  
I should have made some calls, got some references.  
Now I know.

We would never recommend them to anyone. We were not pleased with the work at all. We were not happy with their work. The people that came out and did the work did not speak English, so there was a language barrier there and there was no interacting with the crew. We would never go near them again. It was supposed to be seamless siding and we were just not happy with their work.

Their work was good, and we haven?t had a leak since they did the roofing for us. Their price was reasonable. I would use their services in the future if necessary.

The angled roofing and window replacement were excellent. The flat roofing stinks. They have different crews for each subdivision. The flat roofing people don't seem to know how to eliminate ponding. Their other divisions are fine. I would use them again but not for flat roofing. Their window crew is top notch and I would give them an A triple plus.
