Clavin Tree Svc

The crew did an outstanding job. They removed a large tree approx. 10 feet from my house. It was a big job and only a trained professional company would be able to complete the job without leaving damage.

2013: Tom is the best of the best. He not only responded quickly to my message for this small job, but treated me as if I was giving him a huge job. On time, clean, great cleanup, personable and professional. This was a great experience.
2014: Called Tom back again for a second job. He sent his foreman Justin along with the crew. Justin was great and everything went as perfectly as it had the first time when Tom was here. This is a fantastic company, starting with Betty in the office all the way through to everyone connected to the finished job. Once again, all I can say is that they are the best of the best!

Everything went very well from first phone call. I received a call back from a woman. Tom Clavin called me back shortly after and came to the house that very day. We discussed work to be done as we walked the property. He gave me a written estimate immediately and gave me an approximate 2 week timeline. When I decided to go with him and called to leave a message, again a woman called back and told us things we were responsible for (like any permits) and that they would set up property markings from the utilities. That was done the following week. They got back to me with a date according to a schedule I had given them that was good for me. I could be there or not, but I chose to be there according to my work schedule. I received another phone call with the date. I received 4-5 phone calls in all, very prompt and all questions answered. The day of the job, they came on time with alot of equipment and 4 total men. Tom walked the property with the men, explaining the job to be done. I came out to confirm certain details and questions were asked. The men divided up the work to be done and everyone was very busy and hard working. They did everything I asked and more and I was extremely pleased with the results. They had great equipment and that assisted in this and all of the men seemed to know what they were doing and be experienced. My yard was raked and blown of all debris, sidewalks cleaned and I could not have been more pleased. Very professional and hard working. I came up with a few other minor things I hadn't thought of, and they took care of that too. I appreciates the phone calls and promptness to all my calls. I was referred to Tom Clavin by 2 friends who used him and liked his work and the way he did things, and I totally agree.

Tom gave us an excellent price and his crew was there as scheduled and left the yard like they had never been there (except for the missing trees). We added an additional tree while he was there and the amount he charged for the additional work above the original job estimate was very fair.
One of the trees removed was greater than 24and quot; in diameter and overhanging our neighbor's yard and his crew was fully equipped to remove this tree in a very safe and professional manner.

Overall we are completely satisified with the service received and would use Clavin Tree Service again.
