Carpet Connection

Will not come back to fix both of them even he admitted it needed to be fixed. He said he would order a box of both and return. He never did and refuses my calls and will not return them. The person who gave me his name tried to step in but was told 'stay out of it'.

It was an excellent experience.. From the buying to the install.. Very satisfied...

..called Louis rosenberg from carpet conections at 732-3123700 and he came to our home and showed us laminate from quick step and we spoke over a few hours , he left samples w/ us and we found a another floor at a nother store . He was able to get the same floor at a less price not a Big store price. He is the owner and he is on the job . He listned to my wife and I on what we wanted . he payed attention to details. He did the job and it was great. Then a few months later we had a water pipe burst, which ruined our new floor, we called Louis back and he ripped it up and found the leak and gave us a # to a plumer he would come out and fix it right a way. then Louis repaird the floor just like it was . We did have to pay for the new floor, but he was back and forth to our home many times and was understanding and went out of his way to make sure it was done right. email and phone calls would never be ignorded, even for the smallest thing. Even now months later if I have a problem or question he said to call him , he said he would come over to see what he can do. Whne it's time to do another floor in the other part of the house I know I am going to call carpet conection 732-312-3700 , Louis Rosenberg. You should give this guy a try, he dose all kinds of floors.

We were very happy with the result. Louis and his crew were very professional. Will recommend and will use Louis again.
