These guys know what they are doing - they are to the point, they don't mess around and get the job done. We have used them for plumbing in a new master bath and heating for maintenance and installation of a wifi thermostat for a very complicated high end system and are using them this week to fix a faulty - and cheap - damper installed by another heating company. The cost below is for the thermostat. The cost for the plumbing was built into the GC's total project cost

Very happy with their work! These guys are reliable professionals who are reasonably priced, thorough and personable too. This was our first time using Bouer Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Bruce, Steve and their team did a wonderful job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very respectable, polite and friendly. The estimates for our tenant fit-out were fixed prices per job that held no surprises upon completion of the work. These guys are true professionals and completed all of the plumbing installation within budget and on time. In addition to installing all new plumbing to my commercial space, they installed new gas lines, a top of the line tank-less water heater, plumbing to 3 pet grooming tubs, one which is an electric tub that needed flexible hose line, and they even installed heavy duty hair traps to each tub. I was impressed with their professionalism and found their prices to be fair. A great experience with a great company!

We had a leaky toilet in rental property. He fixed the seal and then realizes he had to fix the leak in the tank. He left for an hour and a half to "get the part" and then charged me for the whole time he was gone. The owner stood by the charges.

They were okay. They were prompt. They did the job. They did not charge much and seemed prepared to know what the issue was. It was fine.

They were referred to me. They were very nice.  He was very personable and he explained everything.   As a female I always like when I get a contractor who is a man who does not talk down to you.  They did not talk down to me. They kept me in the loop and told me everything they were doing, what part they replaced all that. They were very responsive. I had them within an hour I called them.  As for professionalism they did everything I wanted them to and even better than what I expected. I will use them in the future.
