George from the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Doylestown office arrived to do the work. He did a lot of damage to our home. He used the snake on the valve in the basement. As a result, we started having issues later that night but it got progressively worse over a couple of weeks. He never should have used snake in basement since it damaged basement. Don't use this provider. We have thousands of dollars worth of damage.

This is my first home and some major updates needed to be done. The two plumbers that were sent out, Ross and Paul, we extremely polite and professional. They worked quickly and explained everything. They even looked at my AC unit and gave me some recommendations for better efficiency. My only "complaint" is the cost was a little higher than other companies but with such great customer service and professionalism, I don't mind paying a little extra. Would definitely recommend.

I used them last week. He did a good job. I think the price was expensive. Perhaps, the overheads are expensive. I have one complaint. That is the price. They provide a fixed price. They are a company that sends out plumbers. He was not an individual plumber. The price is on the high side. The quality of the work was good. They responded very quickly.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Rick (I think the owner) and Andrew (Drew), the technician, specifically were great. They gave me a 3 hour window of when they were going to show up and both times they came (once for the estimate and once for the work) they were here at the very beginning of the timeframe, which in my experience, never happens. Drew came in, had me show him everything and was very thorough in making sure he found exactly where both leaks were coming from. He provided estimates and came back to do the work 2 days after we decided to use them.

Drew replaced all of the working parts of the toilet causing the leak in the basement and also had to lift and reset it w/ new bolts, etc. After that was done, he had to find the exact source of the other leak. He first determined based on the piping he could visibly see and the structure of our house that he was 99% sure the leak was coming from between about knee level in the kitchen to the ceiling in the basement. He had to cut out a square foot in the back of a kitchen cabinet to reach where he thought the leak was. He was spot on. Once he found the leak (a pipe w/ a hairline fracture in it), he determined that he needed a 2nd technician to do it properly and some parts that he didn't have on his truck. He called this in right away and waited until help arrived to fix the pipe, instead of leaving and coming back the next day. I was very grateful for this, because I feel like most companies would have said they don't have the parts and would need to come back another day. Drew and Matt, the 2nd technicial that arrived replaced 8-10 feet of piping pretty quickly. The leak is completely gone, and everything is dried out.

Drew also went above and beyond offering advice and showing me different plumbing things in the house since we had just moved in about a month before. Pricing seemed reasonable to me. I will definitely use them again, and will request Drew specifically. He seemed very knowledgeable and I completely trust him w/ all of my plumbing issues.

Rick followed up w/ a phone call first thing the following morning and then again w/ a letter and I received 2 separate coupons for future service calls.
