I called customer Service on the day of delivery stating I was very unhappy the bed. It was not what i had expected. I would really appriciate any help they could offer. I explianed to the CS rep that I would like to exchange it for a twin size bed(same make and company). The Customer Service rep advised she would have a manager call me back. That never happened. I called the next day left a message. Noone called me back so I then had called back later that day. I spoke to the same Customer Service Rep who informed me they would not be able to exchange the bed. I was very upset with that response and told the rep that I will have to dispute my charge and go to the BBB. At that point she put me on hold and the owner of the company Matthew Mazaukas got on the phone. From the start of the converstion he was very rude and curt. He gave me excuse after excuse as to why he could not take the bed back.. None of which were valid points. I told him i would be willing to take the floor model. (the floor model was a twin). He said the floor model was damaged.. I told him I would have been willing to take that bed.. He changed the subject quickly as to another excuse as why he could not do that either. By the end of the conversation, he was yelling at me and told me i needed to take some of the BLAME for this, I needed to treat the call with more HONEY, and he was not going to do anything for me and that this conversation was DONE. I would just like people to be aware of this man and his family owned company. Matthew Mazauskas is a horrible business owner and one that should not get away with harrassing women.
