August Compliance was referred to us and he was professional, knowledgable and above all, honest. The services provided were above and beyond. In the world of mold and remediation there are many people using scare tactics to get homeowners to spend unnecessary money and August gives you unbiased expertise. After the testing was completed he has continued to help us through the remediation process by reviewing proposals and estimates. The mold report prepared by August was extremely thorough and professional.

August did a great job. He was fast, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He did find some minor mold in the home we were planning to buy and he clearly documented the case, remediation steps, etc.to make us feel comfortable buying the. We had phone and email questions, and he was great responding to both. It is a service we hope to not have to use again, but I'd certainly recommend him.
Description of Work: Full mold screening during home purchase including visual inspection of all accessible areas on interior of dwelling as well as an air sample.
