Rich returned my call, arranged a time, he was very prompt and professional. Rich was good to work with, reasonable (price) and made a suggestion that I will follow up with.

Rick responded to my phone call immediately, and was at my house within hours. He gave me a fair estimate to reconnect a power line to the side of my house (knocked down by a branch in a storm). He returned 48 hours later and finished the job within the estimate. He's a really nice guy - I highly recommend him.

When I met Rick I could tell right away that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional. He returned my call promptly and arrived when he stated he would. I was impressed with the work done and he was a pleasure to speak with. Definitely will hire again.

Rick was super nice, helpful and professional.  He called me back right away when I called about a quote for the work.  He came to the house and spent ample time looking over the area that needed to have work done, was very informative, friendly, funny and professional.  I liked him right away and he gave a very fair price.  When he came to do the job, he was meticulous and spent his time doing the job right.  He even helped my husband with a little project he was working on.  I couldn't have asked for a better electrician....I will always use him, wish I found him earlier and recommend him to everyone.

Very well, Rick did a great job especially since the main contractor provided little to no guidance on exactly what was required for the project, and the scope of work changed significantly from my initial quote to the final invoice. I felt Rick's prices were fair and appreciated the time he took to read the manuals provided for the fireplace and determine that what was originally scoped was not needed and that something entirely different was. This was something the main contractor should have explained, but Rick adapted. 
Work was neat and to code; no issues passing inspection. Rick's hours were a little difficult to work with because he works evenings and weekends, but we got everything done in the timeframe needed.

I met Ricky 28 years ago when he was a neighbor.  Since then, he has been the only electrician to work in my house.   Needless to say, he has always been a complete professional, is punctual, does quality workmanship, has reasonable prices and is just a really nice, friendly guy.   We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Called 4/7/15 early in the a.m. and Ric called back in an hour.  We thought an entire circuit was out because everything in the front part of the house was not working.  The front sensor porch light was also affected and we were leaving for vacation on 4/10/15 and didn't want to leave the house in the dark.  At first Ric was booked but when I told him my situation--he fit me in the evening of 4/9/15.  I called to confirm that afternoon and he called back to confirm.  Then he called again when he left the other job and was at my house within 15 min.  He spotted the problem right away and fixed it quickly. Then he looked at a switch plate that controlled a ceiling fan and the front porch light we were having problems with.  I was very happy with Ric's responsiveness, knowledge, courteous/friendly manner, and reasonable rates.  I will definitely use him again!

Very professional electrician. Rich arrived at agreed time for both the estimate and the job. He explained exactly what he was going to do in addition to what might happen in the event duct work was in ceiling. Job went smooth , Rich cleaned up after the job with no problems. It was a pleasure to have good work done by a someone who is professional, friendly and enjoys doing his work.  We held off this work too long because we were afraid of the price on an electrician.  Wished we would have hired Rick years ago.  Right price and an excellent job.

I was so very pleased with the service Richard provided. Installing the detectors took about an hour more than he expected, but that was not his fault. My husband had cut some wires a while back from our old detectors which unfortunately created extra work for Richard. He stayed true to the price he quoted and even took care of righting a switch in our garage panel to get the power back in part of our basement. His attention to detail, efficiency, and hard work are refreshing and we look forward to having him back for future electrical work.

Everything went well with a minimum of disruption.
