I will start with the positive, Summer Wind cleaned my home twice and both times they were extremely punctual.
The problem with this service, it seems to me, is that they think they are better than they are at cleaning. When they left, my home was clean but not cleaned better than a less expensive service. Also, one crew of cleaners damaged my wood floor by leaving a very hot bucket of water on it which caused a condensation mark. Then, they implied it was my fault because it had never happened to them before!
The owner, Barbara tried to suggest things to remove the mark but none of them worked.
I was trying them out for weekly cleaning and actually this incident made it easy for me to decide not to hire them again.
