They took 3 days to come get the first trap that did not close. I have cameras on my house and i watched the skunks go in and out like it was a jungle gym. I finally called to complain and they came out to put a new trap in. that night they caught the first skunk. they took the trap the next day. The next problem is they didn't replace the trap that they took. I called 2 days later and the person on the phone told me I was on the schedule today. So they finally put another trap and caught something that night. the next day they took the trap and didn't replace it again.

I finally called again to complain and the person on the phone told me well at least we caught 2. I told them I only want what I paid for and was promised. He said fine we will have another trap out there today and low and behold i get home from work and there is no trap AGAIN. this is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and calling another place tomorrow. I am also demanding my money back for lack of services. Lets see how it goes.

They were very responsive punctual knowledgeable and professional.

Skip came the next day to give a free estimate and determine what was in the attic. He also informed me of the procedures and answered all my questions. The next Paul and Rich arrived on time and again explained what needed to be done. They were all very professional and courteous. The bats are gone and they also cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend this company.

Service is generally good and is completed in about 20 minutes. Service men are always professional and helpful. They call you to setup the spots. Thy also accept personal checks and cc payments.

He came out and I wasn't there for the spraying, but the realtor was there. He was quoting on a bunch of damage I had on my house. The guy who was doing my home inspection said that the guy who did the spraying was wrong. I had a couple of appointments to meet with them, but they kept rescheduling.

The process began in June. After several visits the bee hive had not been eliminated. However, we were informed that our warranty for the work was up and thus we would have to pay an additional amount.
