Vacuum Cleaners
Overall the experience was OK I guess. I was expecting a free estimate but the job was completed without letting me know the problem in advance. The cost was around $60 and I do have my vacuum back, but I can't help wonder how I would have felt had he completed the work without giving me the estimate and the cost turned out to be a lot higher. So far the vacuum works fine, but I've only used it twice....and time will tell. Will I use A1 again....not sure yet, but it was a better choice then taking it to Sear's who claimed to have a repair shop here, only to find out they send the vacuum to Long Island. So A1 was a much better choice than Sears. :)
