After first contact, Tom called back promptly and an appointment was made to check out the AC. Tech arrived on time for appt, was very professional, and diagnosed the problem to be the condenser. Arrangements were made to replace it and again tech arrived on time for appt and completed the repair. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Walker Air Conditioning and Htg. replaced our furnace on December 2, 2012, after our old furnace died the night before. We were evacuated on December 1st due to extremely high levels of carbon monoxide coming from our old furnace. I was hospitalized. A family member called Tom Walker's company and they were already working on taking out the old furnace when I came home from the hospital on the morning of December 2nd. They installed a new furnace, a/c and some new duct work and had it working that day! We were able to return home and continue decorating for Christmas! (We did have a carbon monoxide alarm it didn't work...we quickly replaced it, as well.) I was not a member of Angie's List when all of this occurred or I would have shared this earlier.
This past summer, my air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling. I called Walker Air Conditioning and Htg. to find out what kind of service plan we had with them. We didn't have a plan and I was concerned it would take a while to have them come out since it was a busy time of year and a hot day. I told them that I have MS and have tremendous difficulty in hot temperatures. Someone came out to my home within a couple of hours. They quickly fixed the problem and said there would be no charge.
As soon as I became a member of Angie's List, I checked to see if Walker Air Conditioning and Htg was listed. I was so pleased to see them here (but not at all surprised)! I have spoken to Tom (the owner) and several of him employees several times. They are always kind, professional and prompt. I highly recommend this company, as I have always found their customer service and work to be excellent!
