Water Heater Service
They came the same day we called because they had others in our neighborhood to do. That was nice. My husband watched and learned while they performed the cleaning and valve replacement. They went above and beyond by flushing out the coil until it was completely cleaned. Having been an empty house since March 2012, it was terribly caked and we were getting virtually no hot water. The valves they replaced were virtually completely inoperable. Although we did not expect to pay that much for the valves, I guess that price is normal for an unexpected repair. I will say my utility room was cleaner then before they came. They were meticulous about cleaning up after the service. They put a big sticker on my furnace for next year, hopefully there will be a coupon for some savings sent to a returning customer ;-)
