A Tech Pool & Spa

Bad very bad. Somewhat my fault because we couldn't get a time frame together over a few weeks however when he did show up it was unannounced and at the back door. If my wife had been home alone she would have been petrified. He also wore a gun. A GUN. I am a retired police officer and was a little at unease and probably should have said something. He did nothing, that I hadn't done. I had to supply the tools he worked with and gave up when he couldn't get a screw off the cabinet, then told me how much he thought it would cost. I was just happy to get rid of him. I tiold him my neighbor would help me put the cabinet back on.

Tim was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful in his expertise regarding leaking hot tubs. He explained the various possible causes/sources and how he would go about determining them. He provided great detail regarding the steps required and the associated costs, and spent a lengthy period of time on the phone even after it was clear that I would not be hiring him at this time.
Due to the age of my spa and other issues regarding it, I have decided to replace it rather than attempt to repair it. But I would not hesitate to use him for any hot tub or spa service in the future. Tim is clearly knowledgeable, honorable, and a man of superior integrity.

Tim was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is someone I would definitely recommend.
