I met Jackie Costa @ the end of 2006 when I moved back to NJ. I was in the middle of ongoing renovation when the doorbell rang one day. It was Jackie. She introduced herself & gave me her card. I did use her services @ that time to dress windows and do custom bedding.
At that time after a very helpful consultation I had windows done with Hunter Douglas blinds & shades custom drapery panels in the living room with cornice & bedroom panels. The custom bedding was a duvet over a down comforter, six custom pillows of varying sizes. I also purchased a mirror to hang over a dresser. I paid $9000.00 for: consultation & purchase of

Color consultation
I'm writing this review because when I called Jackie in November & told her what small changes I wanted to make, she never hesitated. She came @ a busy time of the year & did color consultation for my bedroom & hallway. She stopped in to take a sample of my new bedroom carpet & went over my ideas. Her second visit I picked out paint & fabric. Today the drapes were installed. They're BEAUTIFUL, so is the decorative pillow for the bedding I received as a gift .Jackie also showed me how to incorporate the pillows I had made previously with the new look .Jackie is professional, talented and oh so likable. I'll definitely use Visual Impact again. She definitely steered me in the right direction.
