Description of Work: Dealing with Vonage was the singular worst experience I have ever had with any vendor in my 35+ years working career. I strongly suggest you seriously consider other options for your phone and communications needs.

+ -1 moreNot bad, but after 11 years, the company would not refund 6 months prepaid service, and even though I paid yearly, there is NO discount for doing so. "In the contract". Don't sign the contract. Much better deal from your ISP.
Description of Work: Do not pay yearly. No discount, and if you should cancel, no refund of remaining charges. Service is the same as you would get from any cable provider, only at a MUCH higher cost.

+ -1 moreVonage over the cable modem, it seems to have as good as quality as AT&T landline and the like, more magnitude and more cost effective. They responsibly send me a bill and charge my credit card repeatedly. They are fine. I've had no issues with them.
