Top notch all the way. All communication was done quick, everything was explained to the letter. All expectations were set up front and this company did NOT dissapoint. If I could give an A+ I would have. Professionalism, punctuality and above all the finished product was way above my expectations. I would use them again in the future in a heart beat. Very unprofessional and not responsive from the beginning, was my fault for hiring them since there are many who offer this service in the area. I hired them after they gave an estimate for residential driveway sealing. The day of the job I received a call that they were at my house and would not complete the job because there was not anyone home. There was no courtesy call as they said they provide -- to give a "window" of time for the job to be completed. They claimed they needed to get paid before the job. My wife was 5 minutes down the road and I said she would be right there to pay them. I also offered to pay prior to the job when I first booked them. They still would not do the job as scheduled that day and claimed they were too backed up to wait for her. Obviously my business was not important to them. It was important to hire someone reliable to get the job done and these guys are not who I would recommend. We were hoping to get the work done before a party and this obviously set us back and was pretty disappointing. I have scheduled another vendor. At the end of the day, all the prices were very close from other vendors. I would not recommend Roadrunner. Overall they wasted our time.

Exactly what I hoped for. Quick responses. Punctual. Good job. Good price.
My driveway was recently repaved a few years back but with all the winter storms and massive hurricanes, it was in need for some sealcoating. No damage to fix, just straightforward sealcoating.
I was able to contact them and they responded quickly to give me a quote which was similar to the other two quotes I received. I went with them since the previous owner of the home used them and my neighbors have used them as well.
I have nothing but good things to say. Prompt, punctual, good work and good price.
I'm actually surprised with the up and down reviews on angies list. I guess they just need to produce consistently.
Hopefully, we continue to get good service from them in the future.

\Workmen were competent. My driveway was in bad shape and I did not expect it to look like new but a good job was done. Due to bad weather, my appointment had to be cancelled numerous times. I found that the person hanlying the rescheduling was rather curt and not easy to deal with.

Arrived in late morning and sealcoating process done very quickly. Last done 3 years ago and it appears that a $25 annual cost is reasonable. Results are okay although time will tell.

They responded immediately, came out - provided estimate and scheduled work within a day or 2.
Came late in afternoon of scheduled date, cleaned off driveway and sealed it up in 30 mins.
They hd done this for previous owner, more than 7 years ago. If this one lasts that long, i'll be very happy.

I had a great experience. I found Roadrunner to be extremely responsive and had good communication. I was rescheduled twice but that was only because of the rain and they called me every time to set a new date. The driveway looks great and I can tell how much it needed to be sealed. Everything was taped off and even though I was not home when they did the work they seemed to take the right care not to damage or get any seal coating on the sidewalk or my garage. I would definitely use them again.

The first problem arose when I could not get an exact date of when they would arrive. They said they needed to line up more jobs in the area so they would not waste the asphalt. Then, of course, they did arrive on a day I was not home. The second more major problem was this (and the reason why one should always try to be home). I had just installed custom, wood, double garage doors. This sealcoating company damaged my doors by using something like a weedwhacker to hack away at the garage door jamb (in the center of the garage). I called the company to complain. It took about four phone calls for a response. I was told the owner, Ron Thompson, would stop by and take a look. Again, he did not have an appointment, and stopped by when no one was home. He simply left a business card on the front porch. I called the office again, and I was told that the company denied damaging my house and that it must have been an animal that tried to get into the garage. This damage just appeared right after Roadrunner was there! Also, the garage doors sit a good twelve inches inside the door jamb, so there is no way an animal would have chewed on this part of the garage. I heard about this company through word of mouth, so now I am letting you know through word of mouth that the service is shoddy!
