His name is Joseph Baumann.  He found me the most unbelievable piece of property.  He took me to things that I wasn't necessarily interested in, but I fell in love with the property.  I would've never found it had he not guided me through looking at different properties that were even outside of where I was looking as far as price went.  I'm extremely happy with his service.  He was very instrumental in the closing process.  I was a first-time home buyer, and he really helped me a lot.  It was a really great experience for me.  I would highly recommend Gloria Nilson Realtors.
