TRX came and tried to dry carpet. Dehumidifier was never turned on and when I pointed this out they charged me an extra day even though it was their fault. The picked up their equipment and never reinstalled the carpet. You pay for restoration to pre-loss conditions, but don’t get that level of service. Dishonest.
Description of Work: Basement door leaked and flooded brand new carpet.
