I thought the work they did was fine, then I noticed that the pipes would move if I placed something near them and cleared the area are the pipes so they would not leak. I called S&D and they returned to "fix" the pipes. But they remained the same. I began to have roaches in the kitchen which in 23 years of living in the house I never had before. I called an exterminator and he had to return 4 or 5 times and was not successful in eliminating them. Then the work S&D did with the pipes began to leak seriously I called and they never returned my call.
I was having renovations done on another floor in the house and the contractor had his plumber look at the piping which he said was pitched incorrectly. The contractor's plumber removed all the pipes, realigned them and they have not leaked since AND the roaches disappeared. Between paying S&D $335 I paid the exterminator $450 and the 2nd plumber $275. $785 wasted do to poor plumbing work.

I have used them before for smaller services. They are fair pricewise and they are always on time. The do a good job and they clean up after themselves.

We spent $6000 on the boiler. Overall, they were a great company. They were very responsive and quick, and they did their job very neatly. They were very accurate in their estimate. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are great - some minor hitches which were addressed promptly & properly.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGH BUT, IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS RIGHT AWAY.

THEY ARE RELIABLE, VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY ALWAYS COME RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE ASK THEM TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
