Property Management
They're actually a pretty large business here in Hoboken. I'm the Association President here in my building and there's a lot of buildings that are being managed by them and I think in general it would be good to have a conversation with other board members. It's a challenge working with them. The level of service that they're providing and that we're paying for is not enough and the board ends up doing a lot of the property management. We're expecting them to coordinate, handle logistics, and really anything including managing.
