The experience with this company was awful. Not only did they proceed to work on the wrong roof - my neighbor's, who has an adjoining unit - but, when they finally came to fix my roof a) they actually made the problem worse, so much so that I had to hire another company to fix it and b) they left the deck tiles, which sit on the roof, in a total state of disarray. After repeated harassment of the company, they came back and replaced the tiles, but they are still not level to this day. Again, I will have to hire another company to fix the problems that this company created. On a separate occasion, this company was hired to do work on my neighbor's roof. Again, this company caused damage with their work - this time by tracking tar all across the shared stairs of our building. After complaining to the company, they denied responsibility. I would never, ever work with this company again.
