Peter was one of the worst service providers I have ever worked with. He lied upfront and said that the number of site visits included in the contract would be sufficient, and then charged us for additional site visits at an exorbitant rate throughtout the project. He introduced us to, and encouraged us to use a contractor who turned out to be a complete deadbeat. He also made egregious errors, including putting things in the plans that were not to code, and later charged us to re-write the plans. When confronted, he was unwilling to discuss the invocie and ceased contact. DO NOT use him!
