Jimmy was extremely professional and was able to diagnose my AC problem. He was able to source the service valve needed to do the repair and his crew promptly completed the job the following day keeping us cool for the summer! Highly recommended!

Jimmy was such a nice and warm gentleman. Do not be turned off by the initial phone interaction. He may come across as cold or non attentive but in person he really is such a nice guy. Very honest and reliable.

I was very happy that he returned my call when he said he would. He came on time for the appointment to evaluate the problem and returned the next day with the part and my freezer was fixed. He did not give me a hard time by saying that the job was to small for him as I got from other repairmen.

We called the repair service because of a rubbing sound we heard, the dryer worked and dried the clothes, but we thought a belt might be going bad, we wanted to prevent further damage. The repair person was here for over an hour, mostly trying to figure out the dryer. It is an old dryer but at a fee of $200 for one hour that could have taken 30 minutes is bad news. The dryer is still making the same noises the repair person said it was something that couldn't be fixed due to the age of the dryer.

Had a gas furnace that would turn on and then turn off immediately. Had another local give an eval initially, but that guy said I had to replace the whole furnace unit. No way I would commit that quickly without a 2nd or 3rd opinion. So I called Jimmy up for a Saturday inspection to give his opinion. He was quick and tried different things to see what was wrong. Eventually he noticed that the flame sensor plug got corroded and after a minor rub down, the furnace stayed lit. He's pretty much old school from what i can see. Few words, no bs, just workman-like.

This is a professional company. I used them for number of years and I was not disappointed yet. They came on a short notice during a heat wave and fix the AC. I couldn't even get others to call me back .

Jimmy's Arctic Air was able to make a same day visit to my house to check out my refrigerator. They were on time, nice and seemed legit. They couldn't find anything wrong with my fridge, but the fridge is now fixed. So either they have magic hands or my fridge knew it better get its act together or it was getting replaced. Either way, I would recommend this company and I would use them again. Their service call price was reasonable. They speak English and they are professional on the phone.

Doesnt have the best phone presence but very professional in person.

Pro arrived less than 24 hours after I made the call. He had the air conditioning for my condo back up and running less than an hour after arriving and charged a very reasonable amount. I'm very happy with the service and plan to use Jimmy's Arctic in the future.

This pro scheduled an appointment with me to perform the services. I took the day off of work and he no-showed and has not return any of my calls.

Jimmy was very prompt in contacting me to get a detailed description of the problem. He seems a very knowledgeable person, as he found the problem within a few minutes. He also was able to find and replace the defective part the same day and his charges were reasonable.
