They were reasonable priced and quick. They did a great job. The original quote was more and then what was required so they gave me a $50 refund.

The contractor who did the work on our house used J&L Plumbing. When we moved in there were various issues which needed repair. They came to fix the shower and seal some pipes which weren't properly done. They did follow through and complete everything in a satisfactory way. But they never got back to me for a job I would have paid them to do. We've been at our place for 6 months now and everything seems to be working very well so far. They could work on their communication as they lost a job by not getting back to me.

They did a nice job.  I would specially recommend them.  I will use their services again in the future.

They were to come at 9am, but didn't actually arrive until after 11 am; they said they had an emergency that morning, but did not notify us. We are used to that with Hoboken contractors, it seems to be the norm. They got to work as soon as they arrived, shut the building water main supply off, drilled into the water supply line, and drilled a hole from the exterior wall through to the interior wall, then soldered a new offshoot pipe to the main and installed an interior shut-off valve. They ran the new pipe to the outside where they connected a water sipgot. They put escutcheons on both sides to cover the drilled openings, and the job was completed with no need for any wall repairs on the inside or the outside. I was worried because the outside wall is stuccoed, and I thought it might crack or chip with the drilling, but it was done very carefully and professionally. The inside wall could use a bit of touch up paint, which is completely understandable since they had to drill and solder in that tight area. They guys were pleasant and professional.

I HAD USED THEM ONCE BEFORE LIKE TWO YEARS AGO, AND THAT IS WHY I CALLED THEM BACK. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND COME UP WITH A REASONABLE SOLUTION.
