I love Flash Tech and have used them for the past 10 years. I am not a techie, so I need everything boiled down clearly. Recently they fixed an old laptop from 2006. I thought it was unsalvageable - completely out of date. They took it in the same day I called, stated exactly what it would cost to update and debug. They had it back to me the next day. The manager explained everything to me so that I knew how to proceed at home. He actually talked me out of buying a new laptop. "You have an excellent laptop here. It just needed some debugging and cleaning up." I was happy to pay the price for their labor because I understood what was happening and felt confident that they were telling me the truth. Both the front desk man and manager were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a burnt out power supply on an old desktop PC.  I had done my research online beforehand to diagnose the problem, so I knew going in what the issue was.  This helped, as it might have cost more if I had no idea what the problem was (I was able to steer them in the general direction). They charged me the minimum amount of service time, and the rest was parts.  Got the computer back in just around 24 hours.  Professional, no-nonsense service.  Highly recommended.

My laptop screen was broken which the tech suggested not replacing because it would be very expensive.  Instead, it was suggested that I use the laptop as a computer and connect a monitor to it, a much more cost-effective solution.  FlashTech cleaned up the "junk" on the laptop and I was on my way.  The techs were great - the explained everything clearly, were very patient and the price was more than reasonable.  I've already recommended them to friends and would not consider going to any other computer repair service.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. They did not fix the problem but I was satisfied with their service.

It’s a tiny store and they are amazing. They build computers according to our specifications and had built mine. I am happy with it. They do not overcharge and are incredibly honest and courteous. They also fix computers. One of the things I love about them among many others is that they’d always call us and tell us if a job would take more time than they had estimated. They also make honest and wonderful suggestions. I had a 10-year-old computer that I wanted them to fix, and they had honestly told me that it would cost a lot and that instead I could buy a new one. They were right about that, and it wasn’t a flimflam. They have also saved me a lot of money. If I take my computer with any minor issues they would say there is actually nothing wrong. They never talk down to us or assume that we know what they are talking about. They are fantastic and maintain great bookkeeping. They are very professional and very friendly too. They are not a franchise, and have only one shop. There are usually two or three people at the store, and we feel kind of embraced when we walk in. They are very busy but always get their work done on time. They had once asked for my permission before removing a program called window washer which wasn’t good for my computer. They are educational as well and pride themselves in being extremely honest. They don’t want anybody to walk away feeling taken advantage of. They are almost over articulate in explaining things. I had written a thank you note for them because I had felt so highly about the way they had treated me and how they had built the computer just for my needs. The price of the computer was very reasonable, and it was a joyful experience dealing with them. They treat me like a first class citizen which is not quite the way I have felt when I have walked into other similar stores.

They reconfigured the offending spam blocker software and returned the machine promptly.

WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SET UP A TIME FOR US TO BRING OUR COMPUTER TO THEM. THEY GAVE US A TIME WHEN IT WOULD BE FINISHED AND HAD IT FINISHED ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A LITTLE COSTLY, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS, AND I TRUST THEM. THEY HAVE A TEAM THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THE COST IS REASONABLE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT THIS COMPANY DID FOR ME.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD IN REPAIRING MY LAPTOP. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND RAPPORT WITH THE CUSTOMER. I AM GLAD TO HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
