house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe glowing reviews and detailed information on their website seems to be no longer applicable considering this whole fiasco. Their online calendar, which originally impressed me, is actually not correct. I had tremendously high hopes and they were dashed to the ground within seconds.
Description of Work: We were dissatisfied with our previous cleaning service. I researched this company, and was very impressed with their professional-seeming website. However, Dilla, the cleaning woman who is advertised on the site, is only doing part-time cleaning. Her assistant, Veronica, and the husband, Diego, now seem to do most of the cleaning for new clients. Veronica came, wasn't the fastest, but she did a good job, so we emailed them to try and schedule continuousbi-weekly cleaning. Diego finally responded, saying that Veronica did not wish to return so they could not continue to offer service. I was shocked, and attempted to re-establish contact, but to no avail.
