Ozzie and his team did an excellent job on my new kitchen. He has a great work ethic and is honest. He was able to stay within my budget. I would definitely hire him again when I'm ready to remodel my bathroom.

* Sales and estimate stage: Gathered estimates from approximately half a dozen contractors that bid on our project. Ozzie's quote was competitive and reasonable considering how high demand for home improvements are is in this market. The quote was not the cheapest, nor was it the most outrageous, the quote stood out for being the most detailed and itemized. Not only did this demonstrate a solid understanding of the project, it allowed for us to adjust our ask to stay within budget. * On the project management side, Ozzie was great at communication throughout the process. He was readily available and kept us involved in any variables in design, cost or schedule along the way. Of note, there really weren't many big surprises with regard to the design, the schedule or cost. For the most part, the project went very close to expectations (rare for this kind of thing). Ozzie's business is also of an ideal size, small enough that's he's involved in the work, big enough that he has the tools and talent on hand for a wide range of tasks. * Most importantly, how did things turn out? My girlfriend and I are both engineers, have done our share of home improvement work and have an eye for detail; still, we found Ozzie and his team's workmanship to be of high quality and in line with our design expectations. Would we hire again or recommend, yes.
