Ask for Marge Crimmons. We've used other realtors in the past but Marge is a rare find. She is smart, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely talented.
Marge came from a recommendation from the broker who helped us buy our house (this broker is a buyers agent and highly recommended Marge). Marge came to our home, helped us figure out a timeline, helped us figure out how to stage the home, and what work to do with a contractor to help it best shine.
We followed her recommendations exactly and we sold our house in 8 days with 2 offers. We didn't even reach having a open house as it sold so quickly. We did our part of making the house look immaculate and she did her part of getting people in the door, coordinating with other brokers to get us the best possible price, and all the other behind the scenes stuff. She was always available to us when we were stressed providing support and solutions. She truly goes above and beyond- including dealing with issues from the contractor working on our home, to assisting a different client re-home a pet.
If we were still in NJ I would never use another agent. An "A" is not high enough to rate Marge as she broke the rating system as she's so amazing.
