Eddie was fantastic! He came right away and started removing the water from the first level of my split ranch home. He also discovered that under my carpet there were tiles that then tested positive for asbestos. He also teated for leas in the paint. After all this, he coordinated the safe removal of all of it! We had a mold in kitchen We called 1800 of Northern Bergen They cam after 20 minutes They checked the area with a thermo camera And found active leak from supply pipe under the sink they fixed it right away and cleaned all the mold , they were professional and worked very clean

Eddie came promptly in the morning and did his magic. He ripped out the ceiling, removed the mold, set up drying equipment and explained the process thoroughly. I had a flood in my finished basement because of a refrigerator filter leak. The flood was noticed 2 days after, with the floor covered in water. We were very concerned about mold due to obvious reasons, with our kids spending a lot of time in the basement, etc. We contacted 1-800 Water Damage, Edward arrived and immediately assured us that the water damage will be removed and any mold will be identified and remediated. They took care of all the paperwork needed for my insurance company, they were prompt, professional and took care of all the clean up. They did find mold and removed it. I feel totally comfortable with my children playing the basement after what they've done. Highly recommended!

I had a persistent leak from my bathtub over the course of a long span of time which caused some major issues in my the floor below in the Laundry room.
