I used their service for WDI/Termite inspection while buying a house. They verbally noted a problem with deadwood (future termite infestation) lying on the house's boundary but never put that in the report. When I called this business, the person on call was extremely rude and condescending. Very unprofessional, Horrible experience !!!

They are very good. As soon as I called them they were like "okay."

It was awesome.

Even though we had to have them in twice, these guys were very good. I think the only reason that they needed to come back a second time was because it rained right after the first re-treatment. The first guy who came out spent a lot of time explaining to me what was attracting them and gave me some simple tips on what we could do outside of the house to help keep them away. Then he did a great job of spraying, with some slight modifications on what he might normally have done and taking extra care because he realized that we had a toddler in the house and that I was pregnant and concerned about being exposed to any poisons. When we called them back a couple of weeks later, they were very responsive and came out right away. This time the weather was more cooperative, so there was no rain to "undo" the outside treatments. We haven't seen an ant since.

Very pleasant experience. From my initial phone call I was fully satisfied. Terminite was punctual and thorough.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE JOB LIKE I WANTED THEM TO DO.
