No follow up to the job they did last year, told me this was a big job. I tried calling them but since they are so busy, guess they don't want our business.

Cut one of the lines to the outside lights which were underground. Refused to do anything to repair damage or to refund some of the contracted amount as a token of goodwill. Their contracts specifically do not take responsibility for any damage, but as a customer I feel it is their responsibility to watch out for electrical lines since they must run into this problem a lot. Also they are very slow in providing follow-up service.

Terrible experience. They did not put a battery in the main box, so that when there was a storm, the system went down because there was emergency backup.
